A: The NTPRT crew remains busy most of time, but will gladly point new groups in the direction where they can obtain the basics. Each group handles cases and investigations differently, so techniques and practices can be suggested, but only as a guideline.

It is up to each group to define their scopes of work and guidelines. The IGHS has a fairly comprehensive list you can use to get started. NTPRT adopts many of the IGHS standards which are outlined in the following forum post @ [NTPRT Adopts IGHS Standards]
